Cancellation Policy:

  • We appreciate that there are times when committments cannot be kept, situations change and emergencies arise. Terrell House is a small family inn and we rely primarly on advance reservations and late cancellations normally are difficult to fill. We try to be reasonable and flexible, but our policies are as follows.
  • All reservations are secured by a credit card or a deposit. If you have to cancel, a 7 day notice is required for single rooms, and a 14 day notice for multiple rooms, otherwise you will be responsible for the full room fees and your credit card will be charged.
  • If we can rebook the rooms on short notice cancellations there will not be a charge.
